Judge Orders Bethenny Frankel To Stop Wearing Her Daughter's Pajamas

Bethenny FrankelThe Manhattan Supreme Court judge overseeing Bethenny Frankel's divorce case has issued a stern warning to the former talk show host, ordering her not to wear her daughter's pajamas anymore.

Back in July, the Skinny Girl mogul shared a photo of herself wearing four-year-old daughter Bryn's Hello Kitty pajamas, and the photo instantly went viral.

"This is my daughter's nightgown and PJ shorts. Think we're ready to start sharing clothes yet?" Frankel joked in her caption, but instead of finding it amusing, a lot of people blasted her for doing so.

"No more pajamas!" Judge Ellen Gesmer told Bethenny's attorney, Allan Mayefsky, according to the New York Daily News.

Mayefsky replied that it was "done as a joke," but the judge didn't find it funny.

"It's not a joke. Her child is not a joke," Judge Gesmer answered back, explaining that the photo may have some long-term repercussions because when Bryn is old enough it may still be readily available on the internet and send her the wrong message about her body image.

The reality star wasn't in the courtroom at the time of the exchange between the judge and her lawyer. She waited outside in a hallway as her and ex Jason Hoppy's lawyers hashed things out with the judge.src starpulse.com

Judge Says Teresa Giudice's 'Disrespect For The Court' Is Why She Was Given A Prison Sentence

Joe and Teresa Giudice
Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice could have escaped prison time if she had just done what the judge and investigators into her bank fraud crimes had asked of her.

During Thursday's sentencing of Giudice and her husband Giuseppe, aka Joe, Judge Esther Salas told her that she had considered handing her a sentence of just probation, but her cavalier attitude toward filing her financial disclosure was the lone factor in her decision to sentence the mother of four to 15 months in prison.

"I will say on the outset, I'm going to focus on what I didn't say to your husband -- that all of the false declarations, wire fraud, and bank fraud is still your fault," Salas told the reality star in the U.S. District Court in Newark, New Jersey during closing statements, according to Us Weekly.

"For a moment, I thought about probation until I read the government's report. What you did in the financial disclosure really sticks in my craw. It's what the court has a problem with. It shows blatant disrespect for the court."

Salas added that Giudice's failure to list numerous high-value items in the disclosure, including furniture and three vehicles, led her to believe that the star has no respect for "the laws of this country."
"Getting this financial information that I need to judge this case was like pulling teeth," Salas added, "it was the most difficult in all my years as a judge and as a lawyer."

Even with the one-year-plus prison sentence, the judge was lenient enough to allow the Giudices to serve their sentences back to back so that their children will have one parent with them at all times.

Teresa will begin her prison sentence on January 5, 2015, while husband Joe, who was sentenced to 41 months in prison, will head to the clink upon her release.

"Mr. Giudice was the captain and he will have to live with the sentence I gave him," the judge said of the couple's sentences. "The first mate deserves a little bit of a break. You, quite frankly, display genuine remorse

"At the end of the day, I think you finally got it. You finally woke up. I think a slight variance is warranted."

Despite the turmoil in their lives, the show must go on -- Teresa will film a "Real Housewives" reunion show and the couple will sit down for an interview with Andy Cohen on Bravo's "Watch What Happens Live" on Monday (Oct. 6).

Justin Bieber Reportedly Shoved & Punched Photographers In Paris

Justin Bieber
Justin Bieber is making headlines again for clashing with the paparazzi.

The 20-year-old was caught on camera straight-arming one photographer out of his way after returning to his hotel from a dinner with model Kendall Jenner in Paris, and he appears to punch another in the face in a second photo, both obtained by TMZ.com.

The singer, dressed in camouflage pants and a camo jacket, stopped to sign autographs for fans and things got heated when the photographers swarmed in.

Bieber is in Paris with girlfriend Selena Gomez for Fashion Week, and his dinner with Jenner was just a friends thing. Tuesday night he was photographed with Jenner, her half-sister Kim Kardashian and singer Ciara at a Givenchy event.

The paparazzi incident isn't the first time Bieber has been at odds with photographers -- early last year he threatened to "beat the f---" out of a photographer while on tour in London.

The Biebs has yet to comment on the incident.src starpulse.com/

Classic 80s Tom Hanks Film 'Big' Headed For The Small Screen

Big
Tom Hanks' 1988 film "Big" is headed for a small screen adaptation as a half-hour comedy "event series."

Executive producers Kevin Biegel and Mike Royce, who wrote and produced Fox's short-lived U.S. Army sitcom "Enlisted," will co-write and exec produce the series.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the show's focus will be on "what it means to be an adult and what it means to be a kid — and how in today's world, those two things are more confused than ever."

"Big," which was directed by Penny Marshall, is about a boy who put a coin in a Zoltar fortune-telling machine on the New Jersey boardwalk and wished he was big. Hanks played the role of the boy in his adult body after he awakens to find his wish has been granted.

The film earned Hanks his first Best Actor Oscar nomination, and screenwriters Gary Ross and Anne Spielberg were nominated for Best Screenplay. Hanks did land a Golden Globe for his performance, and the film won in the Best Motion Picture - Comedy or Musical category.

Biegel is a co-creator of TBS' "Cougar Town," while Royce is co-creator of TNT's "Men of a Certain Age."src starpulse.com/

Emily Ratajkowski Cosmopolitan November 2014
Emily Ratajkowski has quickly become one of the most in-demand models in the business, and she just might be headed toward becoming one of the most in-demand actresses after she makes her big screen debut this week in the movie adaptation of Gillian Flynn's thriller "Gone Girl."

Emily, who took the world by storm thanks to her topless stint in Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" video, has also landed the cover of the November issue of Cosmopolitan magazine, revealing that she initially turned down the part.

The model-turned-actress, who dazzled on the red carpet at the "Gone Girl" premiere over the weekend, says that she's "lucky to wear what I want, sleep with who I want, and dance how I want while still being a feminist" because she didn't turn down the video.

Emily's full interview appears in the November issue of Cosmo, which hits newsstands on October 7. Prior to the issue's on-sale date, Cosmo did share one piece of information about Emily that a lot of people are dying to know: "yes, they're real."

Michael Phelps
Former Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps has been arrested for driving under the influence in Baltimore, Maryland.

The 18-time Olympic gold medalist was pulled over by police arly Tuesday morning and taken into custody after failing field sobriety tests, according to TMZ.

"I understand the severity of my actions and take full responsibility," Phelps tweeted on Tuesday. "I know these words may not mean much right now but I am deeply sorry to everyone I have let down."

Phelps' Breathalyzer test showed his blood alcohol content at twice the legal limit. He was pulled over after police caught him doing 84 mph in the Fort McHenry Tunnel, which is has a 45 mph speed limit. He was pulled over after the tunnel's toll plaza.

"The officer followed the vehicle onto northbound I-95, through the tunnel and initiated an enforcement stop just beyond the tunnel's toll plaza," a statement from police, obtained by The New York Daily News, read. 'The Voice' Recap: Adam Quips, Anita Comes Back, And The Blind Guy Wins

The Voice
After the first week of blind auditions, the next wave of The Voice is rolling on with two more hours of singers hoping to impress Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams. If you need a reminder, Team Adam has three of twelve artists, Team Blake and Team Gwen each have four, and Team Pharrell is ahead in the count with five. How many more people will get added to the lineup in this round? There's only one way to find out.
Batting leadoff on Monday night is Chicago native John Martin. John's rendition of "Sweet Pea" attracts three of our four coaches: Gwen, Pharrell and Blake. Blake thought he had this one uncontested, so he's not happy. His argument consists of the fact that Gwen and Pharrell are "too short" to coach John, who's over six feet. Adam has no horse in this fight, but helpfully calls out Gwen for using the words "delicious," "creamy" and "package," much to her chagrin.
Gwen: My parents are watching this! Sorry, Mom and Dad.
@gwenstefani: BRB while I go call my parents and apologize for @adamlevine.
Not done yet, Adam then offers a reluctant endorsement of Blake as the best coach. John joins Team Blake, which means he can take a break from driving that forklift for a while.
18-year-old Jessie Pitts from Montgomery, Alabama wins over Gwen and Blake with her version of "The Story." Gwen hits her button before Jessie can finish a sentence, and Blake isn't far behind. Gwen pulls the "I pushed my button first" card, then Blake reveals that "The Story" was his wedding song, and we all melt a little. Unfortunately, that's not enough to beat girl power. Jessie joins Team Gwen and picks up her ready-made T-shirt. Speaking of clothes, apparently the folks from Kohl's are dressing The Voice auditioners now.
The Voice
After our oldest contestant in the competition, 62-year-old Michael Stein, strikes out with his cover of "The Devil Went Down To Georgia" (despite giving it everything he's got and then some), 19-year-old Ricky Manning - who's learned the hard way that the music business isn't easy to break into - comes in with his take on "Love Me Again." It's nowhere near how Will Champlin absolutely owned this song on his way to becoming a finalist in season five, but it's good enough for Pharrell and Blake. Ricky opts to join Team Pharrell. Blake was expecting worse.
Blake (to Pharrell): You can't be that nice all the time...I guess I'm used to Adam.
Now it's time for one of the less pleasant fixtures of The Voice: the montage of people who didn't turn a chair. We get brief clips of three unlikely artists, before moving on to 31-year-old Dallas native Kelli Douglas. Kelli performs "Danny's Song," for your nightly dose of Kenny Loggins, and gets three coaches: Adam, Gwen and Blake. Blake starts singing the theme song from Dallas. Adam turns on his considerable charm. Gwen opts to just give straightforward feedback. You can see this coming a mile away, but Kelli joins Team Adam. Finally, Adam gets going.
@adamlevine: Well, that was a no-brainer... @blakeshelton is also a no-brainer.
Up next is 25-year-old Blessing Offor, who becomes the only four-chair scoring artist of the night (although apparently everyone decided to wait until the last second) with his cover of the soul classic "Just The Two Of Us." And oh yeah, he also happens to be blind. Talk about awesome. The uniquely named artist joins Team Pharrell, and Blake reluctantly admits the two are probably "the perfect match" together. You also have to love the show playing Gym Class Heroes' "The Fighter" as Blessing's walk-off music.

'Sleepy Hollow' Recap: The Top 10 Awesome Moments From 'The Kindred'

More
Here are the ten most insane, amazing, terrifying moments of the second episode of Sleepy Hollow:
1. Ichabod’s Weekly Lesson on Modern Times
For a show that’s so constantly horrifying with guts, gore, and tons of decapitations, Sleepy Hollow is one of the most consistently hilarious shows on TV. Ichabod’s attempts to become acclimated to the modern world are always worth a laugh. This week Ichabod learns about Martha Stewart and the ever-growing wedding industry. When he and Abbie go to the bank, he has a bit of a meltdown over the existence of credit cards and pens chained to the desk. He puts it perfectly, “These people entrust you with their fortune and yet you cannot trust them with a simple ink well.”
2. Decapitation Count 2.02
In the opening scene, Ichabod has one of his fancy witness-dreams of Katrina being turned into a headless witch during a ritual. While it wasn’t real, it was some sort of premonition. It seems that Henry and Abraham plan to “sanctify” her bond with Abraham by turning him into a creature like him. Luckily, Katrina manages to convince him to let her keep her head right on her shoulders for the time being, but Katrina’s future doesn’t look too bright.
Although the only decapitation was dreamed up, there’s bonus points for Ichabod and Abbie lugging around Abraham’s severed head around Sleepy Hollow.
3. Sheriff Reyes
A replacement for the dearly departed (and decapitated!) Sheriff Corbin has finally been named. Sheriff Reyes has taken control of the Sleepy Hollow police force now that Captain Irving is in prison. She used to work with border control, fighting the cartel on drug issues, so she’s no stranger to danger. (But how comfortable is she around headless corpses, eh?)
Whether she’s an ally or an enemy remains to be seen. She seems fond of Abbie in a rough take-no-shit sort of way, but she also rebuff’s Ichabod’s connection to the police force and arrests Jenny. She’s pretty menacing in her scene with Irving, but as she believes he’s a murderer, she could just be a good person who doesn’t know the extent of Sleepy Hollow’s issues. She says, “We’re gonna bring some sanity back to this town.” Good luck with that, Sheriff.
4. Abraham as a Shipper
Abraham may be a crazy, headless horseman of the apocalypse, but he has some good insight on the Katrina/Ichabod/Abbie triangle. When Katrina is certain that Ichabod will save her, he says: “Did he search the ends of the earth to find his beloved wife? No. He rescued another woman. Abagail Mills. Couldn’t stand to see her trapped in purgatory mere hours. And yet how long did he leave you to rot there? Ichabod once claimed to care about me too but he moved on. And now he has moved on again.” Abraham might be a bigger Abbie/Ichabod shipper than most fans of the show.
Sleepy Hollow
5. Irving Goes Insane
Prison isn’t exactly the best place for a cop to spend his days. When Abbie goes to visit Irving, she notices he’s a little worn for the wear, sporting a brand new black eye. They brilliantly decide that the truth is the best option. Irving plans to reveal that he didn’t kill anyone; demons did. It’ll be enough to get him sent to a mental hospital. It’ll be easier to visit him and consult him on future demonic activity. Unfortunately, Reyes is on to the plan and warns Irving that she’ll ensure that he’s put on psych meds and treated to electroshock therapy if he takes this route.
6. Franklin, Frankenstein, and His Monster
The case of the week involves The Kindred, a Frankenstein’s monster type creature created by Ichabod’s favorite person, Mr. Blowhard himself, Benjamin Franklin. Franklin only has a few minutes of screen time but he’s thoroughly creepy, winking at women and sewing the severed remains of soldiers together. Ichabod’s hatred of him continues to be amazing.
The Kindred is said to be the one creature that can truly fight the Horsemen, but Franklin was unable to finish it because he needed a part of the headless horseman to complete it. Luckily, Abbie’s been storing Abraham’s head in a safety deposit box for months. They complete the monster, it fights Abraham for a few minutes, and then disappears into the night. It’s sure to pop up at the worst possible moment in the episodes to come.
7. Hints About Abbie’s Mother
There have been plenty of theories about Abbie’s family and their relationship to the apocalypse. Tonight, we got a couple of hints about her mother. Reyes claims to have known her. Abbie also says her mother was “a little bit totally crazy.”
Since the first two horsemen of the apocalypse are connected to Ichabod, could the last two be connected to Abbie? Especially since they’re both witnesses. Her mother could end being one of the next to be introduced. No matter what her deal is, the woman who raised those two badass women is sure to be fascinating.
8. Katrina, Ichabod, and Abbie as Weaknesses
Ichabod is dead set on freeing Katrina from Abraham’s grasp, even though Abbie is more focused on stopping the apocalypse. He claims that she’s a powerful witch (has anybody seen proof of this yet?) so it’s important to ensure that she’s on their side. “I have not forgotten our duty as witnesses. But I do have another duty to my wife. I intend to honor them both,” he says.
Abbie tells him about her time in purgatory. Even though she was only there for a few hours (as opposed to Katrina’s centuries of imprisonment) it was so unbearable that she almost gave up, until he showed up. “I’ve never been so happy to see someone in my life…My faith in you is my greatest weakness.” His weakness, she says, is Katrina and Henry.
9. Katrina the Spy
Ichabod gets to Willow Point in time to stop Abraham from beheaded Katrina and sanctifying their bond, but she refuses to go with him. Instead she convinces Abraham to give her time to fall in love with him before taking the plunge (and her head.) This way she can gather information on what he and Henry are planning. Katrina’s role as the inside man holds a lot more storytelling potential than being a love interest with mysterious powers that only manifest for plot purposes.
10. Henry’s New Profession
Whoops. Somebody forgot to tell Irving that Henry was the Horseman of War. Now he’s masquerading as Irving’s lawyer. Good news: Henry has stopped Reyes from giving him drugs and electroshock therapy. Bad news: Irving has now signed a contract in his own blood. That’s not promising.

Wal-Mart: Tracy Morgan Is Partly To Blame For Injuries Caused By Crash

Tracy Morgan
Wal-Mart has fired back at a personal injury lawsuit filed by Tracy Morgan because the company says the comedian wasn't wearing his seatbelt when he was involved in a car crash earlier this year.
In June, a Wal-mart truck struck the limousine Morgan was traveling in on the New Jersey Turnpike. The actor was hospitalized in critical condition with a broken leg and rib, and his friend James McNair was killed.
Morgan believes Wal-Mart is negligent because the truck driver, Kevin Roper, was not monitored for fatigue after driving hundreds of miles from his home in Jonesboro, Ga., before going to work for Wal-Mart on the day of the fatal crash.
In response, Wal-Mart claims the star's injuries and those of others hurt in the crash were caused, in whole or in part, "by plaintiffs' failure to properly wear an appropriate available seatbelt restraint device."

In addition, "By failing to exercise ordinary care in making use of available seatbelts, upon information and belief, plaintiffs acted unreasonably and in disregard of plaintiffs' own best interests."
In August, Morgan's lawyer said the star was still recovering from the major car crash. His attorney Benedict Morelli told "Today," "He's still struggling, but he's a fighter and he's had issues before that he's fought through and he's fighting hard..."

Review: Charismatic 'Plastic' Keeps The Inner Movie Geek Satisfied

Plastic
I’m seasoned enough to know that not every film is going to be a stunning achievement in cinematic history.  Some movies are merely meant to entertain – provide escapism where needed.  The problem lies in films that either think they are giving more with little to no extra effort (see the new Equalizer!) or those that merely go through the motions with zero thought to the folks who pay to see it.  Thankfully the more style than substance grifting thriller "Plastic" is none of the above, instead a pleasant distraction with enough charisma and cool to keep the inner movie geek satisfied.
Sam and his band of credit card stealing college cronies have quite a thing going.  Funding their education and lives with various crafty and inventive scams – from blackmailing adulterers into forking up their plastic to ordering expensive items to the homes of unsuspecting folks when they’re out – the foursome have made quite a crime dent with their various endeavors.  Problem is their latest victim is actually an accountant to a very vicious and sadistic gangster who takes the thought of his property being stolen very seriously.  He gives the team an ultimatum – produce what is owed with sizable interest or die.
Plastic
Again, not the most original story in the world (you want conman unique rent David Mamet’s "House of Games!"), but as slickly laid out by director Julian Gilbey "Plastic" holds attention.  The film manages to be both a convincing con flick as well as a heist picture all told with a slightly above board sense of style.  So while the roles within have familiar traits of ones that came before – the hothead, the cool leader, the calm right hand man and the emotional hottie – there is still uniqueness to each that keeps "Plastic" out of crappy character territory.  I especially loved Ed Speleers as the cunning and manipulative headman and brash and bawdy tough guy Thomas Kretschmann as the heavy handed Marcel – opposite sides of the criminal coin.  (Not to mention "Rambo" heavy Graham McTavish who has a great time as an opportunity seizing slimeball jeweler!)
At the end of the day "Plastic" isn’t going to win any originality awards, but slight differences and awareness of the enjoyment by an audience makes it better then most.  In the end it’s not just about the pleasure for the folks making the movie – the joy has to be shared by those who shill out hard earned dollars as well.

Demi Lovato And Joe Jonas Making Music Once Again [Watch]

demi lovato
Despite their public break up in 2010, Demi Lovato has always had a soft spot for ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas. In the midst of her "Demi" World Tour, Lovato reunited with her former love in a very public way.
Lovato has been promoting her latest CD, "Neon Lights" and subsequent tour for several months. But it was during a tour stop at the Staples Center in Los Angeles that ticketholders were treated to a surprise appearance by the former Jonas Brothers lead singer.
While singing her hit duet with Jonas from the Disney Channel film, "Camp Rock," Lovato took a pause and instead of singing both parts, Jonas appeared on stage with his former flame and the two sang together for the first time in many years.
Said Jonas on Instagram after the event, "Tonight was amazing. Fun keeping this a secret."
The pair split in May 2010, a month before they were set to promote the sequel to the successful "Camp Rock" franchise, "Camp Rock 2." After their breakup, Lovato sought treatment for emotional issues that existed prior to their union.
Lovato now says of Jonas, "Now I can fortunately say that him and his brother have always been there for me and are literally family. We have a great friendship. And we may not be as close as we used to be, but that's OK." The singer recently performed a duet with Joe's brother Nick Jonas on his solo CD, "Nick Jonas" titled, "Afterglow."src starpulse.com/

Tamala Jones Previews 'Castle' Season 7: 'This Might Be My Favorite Season'

Tamala Jones
Fan favorite Castle left audiences with a shocking ending last season, as Richard Castle never made it to his third wedding. But now we can finally get answers: tonight's season seven premiere, "Driven," picks up right where last season's finale left off.
Earlier this week, we sat down with Castle star Tamala Jones - who plays medical examiner Dr. Lanie Parish - to quiz her about the premiere episode and what else might be in store for season seven.
What was it like for Tamala to wait for resolution to the cliffhanger? "It was torture!" she laughed. "I say this all the time, I'm a huge Castle fan outside of being a member of the cast. I love the show. And when I read that I was like, you can't do this to me. You can't leave me hanging like this. I was distraught."
She said the cast had no problems staring back up with a first episode that takes place immediately following its predecessor. "Any time we've had a crazy cliffhanger and it's time to get back into it, we're good. We're very much excited to get back in there and read what happens next," she told us. "It just makes it even more of a great performance when they do that to us."
"Just look forward to season seven overall. We're on episode number seven now, and I can tell you that the writing's changed a little bit but for the greater good," Tamala revealed. "So far, this might be my favorite season of Castle."
"With Castle being in that car accident and Beckett and Lanie being really great friends, Lanie is there for Kate a lot more this season. She's got Kate's back and you'll be able to see a lot more of that," she revealed.
"And a little bird told me, this is a rumor, but  around episode ten there could possibly be a turning point in the Esposito and Lanie relationship. I don't know what that turning point may be...I hope it's good!"
But let's not forget the cases, too. After so long playing Castle's resident medical examiner, she told us that she's accustomed to seeing plenty of fake dead people, but season seven might have some surprises there, too.
"I'm used to it," she said, "but some of the crime scenes and some of the stuff that's happened to the dead people is a lot different than past episodes. They're very good at finding a way to murder someone. The writers are impeccable with that."
Since all the offseason talk has been about Castle and Beckett's wedding, we asked Tamala what her most memorable 'attending a wedding' story is. "I just went to a wedding not too long ago, and the exciting part was I've never seen a bride come down to where she's going to walk down the aisle in a horse and carriage. I've never seen that. It was so beautiful," she told us, adding, "And I did have Castle in mind when I was at that wedding!"
Castle returns tonight at 10 PM ET/PT on ABC. You can also follow Tamala on Twitter (@TamalaJones).src starpulse.com

Rumor Patrol: George Clooney Wedding Conflict Almost Stops Ceremony And More

You can't go one week without hearing a ridiculous story involving some of your favorite celebrities. Thankfully, the Starpulse Rumor Patrol is here to sort out what's real and what's fake.
george clooney and amal alamuddin
George Clooney And Amal Alamuddin Wedding Conflict Almost Stops Ceremony: George Clooney seems to be getting cold feet just days before his nuptials to Amal Alamuddin. Clooney reportedly has been telling Alamuddin and other pals that they should wait longer before getting hitched, despite the fact that plans are a go for this weekend's wedding extravaganza.
False: Alamuddin was spotted looking excited as she arrived in Italy with her mother just days before her highly anticipated wedding. She was seen at the airport in Rome with several large bags and was all smiles for the cameras following her every move. People Magazine confirmed that Walter Veltroni, the former mayor of Rome, will conduct the ceremony and guests are expected to begin arriving as early as Saturday. Rumored best man Rande Gerber (Cindy Crawford's husband), was spotted loading 100 cases of his and Clooney's award-winning Casamigos Tequila onto a private jet from California to Italy. "I met my bride-to-be here in Italy, and I will be married soon, in Italy, in a couple of weeks. In Venice, of all places," George recently stated at a Celebrity Fight Night event in the country. "Also, I guess in closing that I would just like to say to my bride-to-be Amal that I love you very much, and I can't wait to be your husband. Thank you very much."
jordin sparks and jason derulo
Jordin Sparks and Jason Derulo Split: The singing twosome were a couple as early as September 2011 and have always been seen together, most recently at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards last month. Sparks was also to have followed Derulo on his "Talk Dirty" tour this fall. Never shy about their feelings for each other, they always seemed happy and at ease in their relationship,
Verdict: Sadly, True:  Multiple sources confirmed the story to E! News, who said their breakup was mutual, but they still care very deeply for each other and will remain in each other lives as friends. The two had one of the most romantic relationships on the red carpet, with Derulo writing the love song, "Marry Me" for "American Idol" winner, Sparks. Said Derulo to E! News, "It is about Jordin, actually. It's talking about how amazing it will be when I get down on one knee and it will be the greatest moment of my life. You can't fake anything because true love is true love, and that's the basis of our relationship."

Verdict: True and not true. Beckham said she was "honored" to be named UN Goodwill Ambassador for its UNAIDS campaign Thursday. She stated, "I am a mother and I am a woman. I will do whatever I can to raise awareness. I feel very passionate about this." Beckham's interest in the cause became deeper after she visited South Africa in the beginning of the year. Said Beckham, "I recently visited South Africa and was so touched by the women I met and felt inspired. I came home and I knew I had to do something." She will still continue to be involved in her fashion line, but not on a day-to-day basis.src .starpulse.com

Wiz Khalifa Gives Amber Rose $1 Million Settlement, Wants Joint Custody Of Son

Amber ROse
Wiz Khalifa has hired famous attorney Laura Wasser to help him fight for joint custody of his son Sebastian during his divorce from Amber Rose.
Wasser is also representing actress Melanie Griffith in her divorce from Antonio Banderas and "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star Khloe Kardashian, who split from NBA star Lamar Odom in 2013.
Khalifa's estranged wife filed divorce papers in California on Wednesday, citing irreconcilable differences. She is trying to get full legal and physical custody of the one-year-old, while Khalifa wants joint custody.
Meanwhile, the rapper agreed to pay Rose spousal support, which amounts to reportedly more than $5,000 a month, as per a pre-nuptial agreement signed before their July, 2013, marriage, according to legal papers obtained by TMZ.
Rose will also reportedly recieve a lump sum payment in excess of $1 million.
On Thursday, Rose addressed speculation that she had cheated on her husband, suggesting he was the one who was unfaithful.

David Fincher Sought A Modern-Day Faye Dunaway For 'Gone Girl'

Rosamund Pike
Rosamund Pike reminded filmmaker David Fincher of Faye Dunaway, and that helped the actress land the role in new thriller "Gone Girl."
The director admits he would have cast Dunaway in the role if he had made the film 40 years ago. British star Pike plays the missing wife of Ben Affleck's character.
Fincher told Playboy:  "I wanted Faye Dunaway in Chinatown, where you think, 'This person has experienced avenues of pain that no one can articulate. Or Faye in Network, where it's, 'You're never going to get to the bottom of this, so just stop'.

"It's crazy how much Rosamund reminds me of Faye. I'd seen probably four or five things Rosamund had done, and I didn't have a good take on her. I realised why when I met her. She'd odd.

"The role is really difficult and Rosamund was born to play it."
He added: "There was a moment on the set when I overheard Rosamund asking Ben (Affleck), 'What do you think Fincher saw in me that he would cast me in this role?'"
The film centers on Nick Dunne (Affleck) who reports that his beautiful wife, Amy, has gone missing on their fifth wedding anniversary. After a media frenzy, many start to wonder whether Nick killed his wife.src starpulse.com

'Scandal' Season 4 Premiere Recap: The Best And Worst Moments Of 'Randy, Red, Superfreak, And Julia'

Scandal
There’s no doubt that Scandal is one of the most talked about shows on TV. It’s known for having more “shocker” moments per season than most shows have during their entire run. Part of the show’s appeal was also part of its downfall. The shortened season 3 had a significant drop in quality with its wishy washy characterization of the once rock solid Olivia Pope, misunderstanding of the audiences interest in the Quinn/Huck pairing, and the increasing heinousness of Grant. It seemed for a while that the show cared more about shocker moments than character development.
The season 4 premiere “Randy, Red, Superfreak, and Julia” illustrates that Scandal may be ready to get back to what made it so great. The episode seemed to promise a return to the basics, where the team of do-gooders try to make things right in Washington. If we have more of that and less of Terrorist Mommy and underground government conspiracies, season 4 could shape up to be the best yet. Here are the best and worst moments of the episode:
Best: Opening Scene
Happy, carefree Olivia is a rare sight. She and Jake have made a secluded beach their homes, where they just sunbathe, drink, and have sex all day. Olivia even has the contented look down perfectly, with her gorgeous curled hair and signature white bathing suit. Of course she and Jake were always going to return to Washington and to the angst of real world, but it was nice to see such a troubled character so happy, even for a few minutes.
Worst: Huck as Randy
On paper, Huck should be the show’s stand out character. He’s a killing machine with a dark past, a connection to government conspiracies, and a strong bond with the show’s lead. But in execution he’s a drag. He often sucks the energy from any given scene, conveying the repetitious Shonda-speak like he’s reading off a delivery menu. Of all the new identities that the Gladiators took on, Randy was the worst. Olivia took on the identity of Julia, a woman who doesn’t have a care in the world or an ex-boyfriend with the world’s toughest job. Abby became “Red” the press secretary. Even Quinn was using her super sleuth skills to do her damnedest to being the team back together.
Huck’s working in data repair and responds to Olivia’s return with a fair bit of denial and malice, refusing to acknowledge her unless she comes back for good. He has the maturity of a child, which is not a good look for a face-licking, torturous murderer. This character is in desperate need of a revamp.
Best: Mellie’s Mourning
It was bothersome to see Mellie’s grief treated like a rom-con break up moment at first, with her marching around the White House in her PJs, searching for alcohol, while making snappy quips about her hygiene (“It’s only day two for this shirt and these panties are fresh from the dryer.”) Her presence is played like a running joke for the first half of the episode. This is a woman who just lost a child and had to reveal that she was raped by her father-in-law to her cheating husband. There’s nothing funny about that.
Luckily, the show drops the humor as soon as Mellie lays on her son’s grave. Bellamy Young sells in perfectly, as she does with everything else. Mellie hasn’t only given up on looking like the perfect Stepford First Lady. She’s also given up fighting for everything she’s spent 3 seasons wanting, from political power to the affections of her husband. She informs Fitz that she knows he’ll see Olivia and she just wants to know when it happens. She’s sick of pretending that they don’t know exactly what’s going to happen, even if Fitz is going to live in denial. That scene just yet again proves why Mellie is the show’s MVP.
Worst: Jake vs. Fitz Jealousy Snoozefest
One of the worst parts of last season was the constant back and forth in the Jake/Olivia/Fitz love triangle. It made Olivia look like she lacks a backbone and any self-respect. Both men ended up looking pathetic, not like any sort of worthy romantic lead. As a character Fitz has become so disturbing as a love interest, with his complete lack of respect for Olivia and archaic views of how the women in his life should act. When Olivia and Jake took off together at the end of the season, it should have been the end of the triangle.
But here we are again, with Jake acting desperate and jealous, despite being in bed with his dream woman. He has a groan-worthy speech about how he makes her moan. And all because she dared to talk about what was on her mind while he was in the mood for some loving. Worse yet, the last scene indicates that things still aren’t over between Olivia and Fitz. What’s it going to take to get Olivia to dump these jamokes and find a feminist boyfriend who hasn’t murdered anyone?
Best: Throwing Rapists From the Balcony
The case of the week was the refreshing return to form that the show has desperately needed. There’s no connection to the dreadful B-613. Just a good old fashioned Washington scandal. Senator Sterling, who is crucial in the equal pay vote, is thrown off a balcony and left near death. Senator Vaughn claims he tried to rape her so she pushed him. Olivia instantly takes the case, as it tugs on those old justice strings she used to care about. In Scandal fashion, there’s a twist. It’s actually Vaughn’s aide that was nearly raped, offered up as bait by Vaughn when she wanted to pass the equal pay bill. Olivia promises to defend the aide and uses her press conference to sway the possibly get the bill passed. This strong willed, intelligent Olivia is the one we need to see more often.
