"The Fault In Our Stars" is based on the
best-selling book by John Green. The film centers on 16-year-old Hazel
Grace Lancaster (Shailene Woodley), a terminally ill cancer patient who
falls in love with a boy from her support group named Gus (Ansel
Elgort).
The pair grow very close, sharing everything from their fears to
their love of books. Gus even manages to get in contact with Hazel's
favorite author, Peter Van Houten, and plans a trip for them to meet him
in Amsterdam.
Hazel seeks out the author in a quest to
answer the questions she's been harboring, but she learns that Van
Houten doesn't have the answers. Instead, they come from within in and
from the love and adventures she shares with Gus, who has given them
both what she calls a "little infinity - a forever within the numbered
days."
"The Fault In Our Stars" Little Infinities

"The Stars Align: Book to Screen."
